Campaign News
January 4th, 2024
Now that the Holidays are behind us, it's time to ramp up the Campaign process. Over the next week we will be placing signs at owner approved locations. Our thought process is to have good locations that don't need signs every 100 feet to get our message out. We will also be working on some advertising, etc. We have a very busy calendar for the next couple months. At least two forums and numerous community events to support. More's Art and Wine is 1st up on Saturday the 13th. It is a Great event for a very worthy cause! We are looking forward to the March Primary and all of your support to get us a successful outcome. Stay tuned, more to come.......

Brian K. Veerkamp is first candidate to file officially for El Dorado Board of Supervisors District 3. All paperwork and fees paid and complete. Fundraising continues to go well and right on track for the big push in the New Year. Signs are ordered and locations selected. The 2nd event at Poor Reds was awesome, highlighted by Ed Hagen playing a Harmonica solo. It was very well attended and a special evening hosted by Poor Reds. Many "THANKS" to Owner Jeff Genovese and the great crew at Reds!! We will be working on Campaign logistics over the next 6 weeks or so, as well as attending numerous events and Hoiliday Community activities. Rumor has it that Wheelbarrow Johnny will make an appearance in the upcoming Christmas Parade on December 3rd. Keep an eye out for him along with our Kiwanis Parade entry. Finally, we wish you all a Very Blessed and Safe Thanksgiving Holiday. Take time to give thanks and enjoy your families during this special time of the year!
